Paul Jasmine is a dreamer and I think if I ever met him I would admire and learn a lot from his soul experience.

He says his photography is "making something romantic of reality". Reality is romantic and my love for these images is limitless.

I want this to be me right now.

First day in an office in at least a year and I have already spent the eve in bed trying to escape the part of reality where I know what I will be doing when I wake up tomorrow, and the day after, and the one after that too. It's not the job, it's me.
As I drifted in and out of sleep I dreamt up simple, solitary escapes with clean air and beauty...and a camera. Oh and perhaps an occasional lover would be ok too - but we'd need to work out some sort of permanent part time thing. Or maybe actually scrap that, just me will be fine.

Freedom reigns.

First up - diaries.
I am OBSESSED with Japanese stationary company Delfonics. I still get a thrill every time I get out my B6 Tybe B pocket diary. The plastic covering leaves plenty of room for customisation (I'm sure that wasn't the intended purpose but meh) whilst the series of conversion charts, Japanese metro maps and note section make it a great distraction during dull meetings, laborious lectures, coffee dates with myself and so on and so forth.
It says in German on the front "A New Love Story". I love that. Especially in the context of a diary.

Inside the back cover sits one of my all time favourite images of Pattie Boyd and George Harrison. Can you see it? The one with the roses? No word of a lie when I say my heart flutters when I look at that photo. I want her, her blue crop top and big doey eyes, I want him, I want to have taken it, been in it, seen it. I like it a lot.

SEGWAY: Pattie Boyd. After seeing her exhibition early this year I have a couple of images engrained into my visual memory for life.

I need to start collaging digitally - PVA glue is limiting my visions.
These are messy enough for me to feel comfortable and together enough for the individual images not to get lost. Nice

I originally started following M Dash for her neat & tidy, no fuss aesthetic and IMPECCABLE taste in all things interior, illustration and art. It didn't take long to see how much talent of her own she had to share and I have (just quietly) been following her every frame ever since.
The colours and composition in all her pictures make me feel completely at ease yet intrigued and wanting more and more and more.
Some things just sit right y'know?

Hey Edita, wassup? Have my babies? If so, can we please make them in Paris?

Oh yeah, that last photo I left a little on the larger side so you could see the imperfections people were praising because of lack of (blatently obvious)photoshopping...I'm sorry but imperfections what? She's FLAWLESS.
